Yichud in a Room within an Office
Question
I work in a large office with many men and women. Occasionally, there are meetings in the manager's room with several women, and the door to his room is closed. The room is within the office. Is there a problem of yichud in this situation?

If the door of the room is closed but not locked, it is permitted.
If the door is locked, it depends on the dispute between the Shulchan Aruch and the Rema regarding yichud of one man with several women. Ashkenazim are initially stringent according to the opinion of the Shulchan Aruch.
