Questions for a Chassan Teacher

Hello Rav I have a few questions for a Chassan teacher: 1. The Bedikos Machmas Tashmish, that there is a minhag to do 3 bedikos; ive seen many different minhagim, but what is the correct minhag and is there a difference if the woman is not a בתולה? 2. The Bracha of אשר צג, is the minhag in Eretz Yisrael to say it? When exactly? Is it different is she is not a בתולה? Thank you

1. she would have to check 3 times even if she is not a betulah. however, if she was already married before then, since she checked at her previous marriage, she doesn't need to check again at her second marriage.

2. One should a recite the Birchat Be'sulim בלי שם ומלכות, (like the opinion of the Ma'hrshal and the Bach) only after the mitsvah, when she has seen blood.
