Marriage between the brother and sister of a married couple

Is it permitted for the brother and sister of a couple who have already been married for several years to marry each other? Is there any problem with this?

It is permitted according to halacha.
In certain cases there is the 'Will of Rabbi Yehudah HaChasid' that advises against such a marriage.
