Wearing White Garments During the Seven Clean Days

Is it obligatory to wear white undergarments during the seven clean days according to Sephardic custom?

Hello Rabbi. Although this law is not mentioned in the Shulchan Aruch and is only brought by the Rema, it is mentioned in the Gemara and also brought by the Beit Yosef. Therefore, Sephardim should also observe this.
