Can a woman immerse in the mikvah on Shabbat with makeup?

Hello Rabbi,
Ideally, one should not immerse with anything.
However, if there is a great need, such as potential embarrassment or significant public exposure, one may immerse with makeup, provided it is professional and durable makeup that will not smear or be ruined during immersion.
