Custom of Shulchan Aruch Not to Eat Meat on the Day of Immersion
Question
Does the custom include not eating minced meat? And also cold meat that does not get stuck between the teeth?
Is there a basis to be lenient?

All meat is included in the custom.
And for a mitzvah meal, Shabbat meal, Yom Tov, Rosh Chodesh, and Chol Hamoed, it is permitted.
