Prayer on the Night of Immersion Falling on Shabbat
Question
My wife's night of immersion falls on the night of Shabbat, and I have small children to look after. I can pray Maariv with a minyan close to sunset, and my wife can go out afterward, but in such a case, everyone who sees me will understand that tonight is the night of immersion. What is preferable, to pray with the congregation or alone?
Answer
In such a case, it is preferable to pray alone.
