Mikveh on an Airplane

Question

I saw in Shulchan Aruch, Yoreh De'ah 201:7, that a vessel which was punctured and then sealed with a permanent (building-type) seal is valid for a mikveh. My question is: would it be possible to construct a mikveh on an airplane, and would it be kosher even while the plane is in motion?

Answer

Shalom u'vracha

A “building-type” seal means that the vessel becomes connected to the ground through the seal, and that is how it becomes sealed.

How would that be possible to do on an airplane?
