What length of hair in a wig is permitted?
I would like to add that many women in the strictly observant Haredi community
wear wigs that go a few centimeters below the shoulder line.

It is permitted only up to the shoulder.
Indeed, this is a difficult challenge, and many find it hard to uphold, but this is the halacha.
