Socks in a hospital
Question
I am in a psychiatric ward, and it is very difficult for me to wear socks all the time. At home, I am often without them, because of sensory issues.
And in the ward there are also men.
I wear long skirts; it is only the foot itself.
Is it permissible for only the foot itself to be exposed?

Answer
Shalom u’verachah
According to the letter of the law, socks are required.
However, in your current situation, examine what you are capable of doing.
