Information about Shidduchim

I am about to propose a shidduch where the boy's parents are divorced. Should I inform the other party in advance, or should I first give them the name for verification and tell them later, or not mention it at all?

It is not necessary to inform in advance, but during the meetings, the other party should be made aware of this matter.
