To whom should the shidduch fee be paid

Hello.
A woman passed on names from a matchmaker to her sister-in-law, and with one of those names a match was concluded. Is the sister-in-law entitled to an “introducer’s fee” (dmei matzia)?

The one who actually made the proposal is entitled to the “introducer’s fee” (dmei matzia); there is no obligation toward the one who merely referred it to be proposed.
