Hello,
If a girl is concerned that she is not a virgin, does it have any significance for the future?
For marriage? For the possibility of marrying a Kohen?

The fact of not being a virgin in itself has no significance if it did not occur through forbidden relations.
If there were forbidden relations before marriage, in some cases she is prohibited from marrying a Kohen.
