Adulterous Woman: Should We Tell The Husband?

If a woman cheats on her husband, and he doesn’t know and no one knows, what does she have to do. Does she have to tell him? Do they have to seperate?

In the case you describe: the husband is not to be informed of his wife's indiscretions. As long as he is not aware of it, they will not have to separate.
One should do whatever one can to convince the wife to cease this behaviour.
