A Meal After the Get
Question
My son is giving a get to his wife tomorrow, and his brothers want to organize a meal at a restaurant in his honor. What lies behind this is the desire to give him strength to withstand this, so that he should feel that he is not alone. We think this will give him encouragement. In addition, spiritually he has somewhat declined during this marriage, and when all the brothers are with him — most of whom are avrechim — it will presumably also help him reconnect more with religion.

Shalom u’vrachah
If one of the participants can make a siyum on a tractate, it is permitted.
Even without this, if it is a small gathering of the brothers and there is spiritual benefit for him, one may be lenient.
Especially if they do not wash their hands for a bread meal.
