May I Eat Shabbos Kiddush Food Delivered by Non‑Jews?

Question

Hi i davened in a shul on shabbos and they daven in a tent and have a kiddush after davening and the waiters which are goyim drive over the food right before the kiddush which is a minute walk i was wondering if it's ok to eat the food?

Answer

Thank you for your question.

Since the food could have been brought to the kiddush without doing a melacha, it is OK to eat the food.
