Kosher slushie in a place without kashrut certification

Question

Is it permitted to buy a slushie that was prepared from a Badatz-certified bag in a place without kosher certification?

Answer

Shalom u'vrachah

There is no problem with this from the standpoint of kashrut.

However, one should not enter a non-kosher restaurant, even in order to buy a kosher product, because he brings suspicion upon himself.
