Kosher Slush in a Place Without Kashrut Certification

Is it permitted to buy slush that was prepared from a Badatz-certified bag in a place without kosher certification?

There is no problem with this from the standpoint of kashrut.
However, one should not enter a non-kosher restaurant, even in order to buy a kosher product, because this brings suspicion upon oneself.
