Cigarette with nicotine, replacing the cigarette head – Pesach

A. I heard that for electronic cigarettes with nicotine one does not need Pesach certification, and I wanted to know the practical halacha.
B. If I use a filling that is kosher for Pesach, do I also need to replace the "head" (in electronic cigarettes)?

A. It must have Pesach kashrut certification.
B. There is no obligation to replace the cigarette head.
