Kashrut of an Electronic Cigarette for Pesach

Question

I sell refills for electronic cigarettes. The refill is made from two components: glycerin that is kosher for Pesach and chemical flavoring agents. Is it permitted to smoke this refill on Pesach?

Shalom u’vracha 

A chemical substance can be produced from actual chametz, such as citric acid that is produced from wheat.
