Are Rauline effervescent tablets kosher for use?

Since they have a pleasant taste, they require kosher certification.
Rauline tablets do not have kosher certification, and according to the investigation, they contain chalav akum.
However, there are tablets with the same indication called “Raunac” that do have kosher certification.
