Medication for someone insured by another health fund
Question
May I, from a halachic perspective, ask my doctor for a prescription for a medication for a friend, for whom it is more complicated to ask her doctor (she is insured by a different health fund)?
And if not – may I ask for it on her behalf, and when I need it, take what remains from her?

It is forbidden.
The health fund’s subsidy is only for members of that fund.
