Eating Tithe as a Stringency
Question
A person who tithes cookies out of concern that they were not properly tithed at the factory, and a piece of the tithe fell into the box, what is the ruling?
Answer
If there is one hundred and one times more than what fell, it is nullified, and if not, it is prohibited as a stringency.
