Dates Without Kashrut Certification

Shalom Rav, I received from work a package of dates without packaging bearing a kashrut certification. Is there a need to be concerned about orlah and ma'aser sheni?

There is no need to be concerned about orlah.
Regarding ma'aserot, if one does not know whether they were tithed, one should separate ma'aser out of doubt.
