Sending Fruits to a Non-Observant Jew

Question

I want to send a fruit platter with Rabbanut kashrut to a non-observant Jew. Is this possible, or must it have the same kashrut as I eat, which is only Mehadrin?

Answer

You can tithe and give it to him. 

[In most fruits, there is no concern of Orlah].
