Tithe Mixed in Salad
Question
We usually tithe stringently. One of the family members separated a piece of tomato, recited the formula, and set it aside. By mistake, this piece was added to the vegetable salad, and its location is unknown. What is the status of the salad?

The separation should be annulled by consulting three people for annulment.
For if he had known it would be mixed, he would not have separated it.
