Medical use of Shemitta fruits

Q. Is it permitted to use Shemitta fruits for medicinal purposes?
Answer
A. It is forbidden to use Shemitta fruits for medical purposes [unless one uses them in a way that the fruit is not ruined, in which case it is permitted].
