A Prohibited Substance Mixed In, Whose Taste Is Discernible
Question
A prohibited liquid became mixed with a permitted liquid; there is sixty times as much permitted liquid against it, but the taste of the prohibited substance is discernible (it is not a sharp substance).
Answer
Shalom u’verachah
The food is forbidden to eat.
This is because the entire law of nullification in sixty is an estimation that at this ratio there is no taste.
