Waiting after Bulgarian Cheese

We are Germans and wait 3 hours after meat and milk. I wanted to ask if after cheese like Tzfatit and Bulgarian, do we also need to wait, and for how long? Thank you very much! May you merit mitzvot!

There is no need to wait except after hard cheese, as its taste is strong.
