Couscous with Meat Sauce

Question

Good week.
I served meat onto a plate with a disposable spoon, and then with that same spoon, which had meat sauce on it, I served from the couscous, and now there is meat sauce in the couscous. The question is: has all the couscous become meat, or can I take the part that the sauce did not touch and consider it pareve? It is important to emphasize that this happened during a meal, so it is not possible to know exactly which spoons were used to take from the couscous.

Answer

Shalom u’vracha.

The couscous is considered meat, and it is forbidden to eat it with dairy.

However, if the sauce is not noticeable in a particular area, one who eats that portion will not need to wait 6 hours before eating dairy.
