Meat and Parve Product in One Bag
Question
Parve food products sealed in their packages in the same bag with a meat product sealed in its package. Is it permissible to eat the parve food products with dairy?

It is permissible.
Except when it is seen that something has spilled from the meat product into the parve product, it is forbidden to eat it with dairy.
