A Plastic Spoon That Absorbed a Prohibited Mixture; the Blessing on Challah with Added Honey

I have two questions:
1. A dairy plastic spoon was mistakenly used with a meat food — may it continue to be used for dairy, or has it become forbidden?
2. Challah dough (bread) that was kneaded with water and honey — is its blessing Hamotzi? I added about half a cup of honey beyond the regular recipe.

Shalom u'vrachah 

1. If it previously absorbed from a hot dairy food in a kli rishon, and now it was placed into a meat food in a kli rishon [a pot that was on the fire], it has become forbidden and cannot be kashered by hag'alah. 

However, if the spoon was placed into a kli sheni [such as a plate into which the cooked food was transferred], it should be washed and is permitted. 

2.  According to the Shulchan Aruch, whenever the taste of the honey is noticeable, its blessing is Borei Minei Mezonot. According to the Rema, its blessing is Hamotzi, as long as the taste of the honey is not the “primary taste.”
