Drops of Meat Broth

Question

I boiled chicken in boiling water. When I put it in, the water was bubbling, and when I took it out, the water was still boiling but not bubbling. Two drops of water splashed onto a parve tray. What is the status of the tray?

If it concerns drops, the tray is not forbidden.

If it concerns a pouring of water, the tray needs to be koshered.
