Absorptions on the Countertop

Question

Prepared a meat schnitzel, and when transferring it to a plate, it fell on the countertop next to the stove where both meat and dairy are splattered. What is the status of the schnitzel?

Permitted.

And it appears that there is enough in the schnitzel to counteract the droplets on the countertop.
