Cooked in a Meat Pot and Stirred with a Dairy Spoon

Question

Garlic and broccoli were cooked in a meat pot that had not been used within the past 24 hours, and they were stirred with a dairy spoon. It is not known with certainty
whether the spoon had been used within 24 hours or not, but there is a strong likelihood that it had not been used within 24 hours.
What is the status of the food, the spoon, and the pot?

Answer

Shalom u’vrachah.

If the mixture of garlic and broccoli is not sharp, everything is permitted.

If the mixture is sharp, it depends:

If there is 60 times the volume of the spoon in the dish, everything is permitted.

If there is not 60 times the volume of the spoon, everything becomes prohibited.

Usually there is 60 times the volume, since the amount of one large cup contains 60 times the volume of a teaspoon.
