A Glass Lid with a Rubber Rim Placed on a Pot of the Other Type

Question

A glass lid from a dairy pot, whose edges are made of rubber, was accidentally placed for one second on a meat pot full of meat patties while it was on the stove and hot. The dairy lid was placed there for a second, and while placing it they remembered that it was dairy and removed it.
What is its status, and if it is forbidden, can it be kashered through hagalah given that the edges are rubber?

Answer

Shalom and blessings

The lid has become forbidden.

In a pressing situation, if the lid was not ben yomo from absorbing dairy taste, one may be lenient and perform hagalah three times.
