A lemon peeled with a dairy knife

Shalom u’vrachah,
I prepared a dairy cake, and for lemon zest I peeled off very small outer pieces of the peel with a dairy knife. I put them in a bag and kept them separately in the refrigerator, but the lemon disappeared, and I assume that one of the household members used the lemon for a fish dish with meat utensils — a knife and a frying pan in which it was cooked. What is the status of the dish, and what is the status of the utensils, such as the frying pan?

Shalom u’vrachah.
The fish, the knife, and the frying pan are kosher.
Peeling the outer layer of the lemon peel does not make the entire lemon dairy.
Especially since in this case it is not known what the lemon was used for, and in any situation of doubt, we do not prohibit it.
