Touching with a Possibly Milk-Stained Hand

If after eating dairy chocolate his hand was probably slightly soiled and he touched the cover of the meat plate, and he does not see any dairy traces (it's white chocolate, it shouldn't be visible), does he need to wash the cover?

If it is not visible that it touched, there is no need to worry.
