Cake in a Meat Oven
Question
Hello,
I baked dairy cakes with a filling of yeast dough. By mistake, they were baked in a meat oven that hasn't been used for over two weeks.
I would like to know the status of these cakes.
I have now kashered the oven using the pyrolytic method.

Hello,
The cakes are kosher for consumption.
The oven should be kashered by turning it on to the highest temperature for one hour.
