Checking Eggs by a Girl

My daughter is 11 years old, she loves baking, and she is understanding and responsible. Is it permissible for her to check the eggs for blood for a cake?

Only someone who is of the age of mitzvot can check the eggs. Therefore, she cannot check the eggs.
