One Sink for Meat and Dairy

I have one sink at home for meat and dairy, is it permissible to wash dishes with hot water?

Answer

Shalom Rav,

In such a case, one should not wash dishes in water that is hot enough that the hand recoils from it (approximately 40 degrees Celsius).
