Koshering an Oven - Burnt Residues
Question
I have completely cleaned the oven, but there is grease stuck that won't come off even after using very strong chemicals. Can I kosher the oven from meat to dairy like this?

It is permitted to burn out the oven; the burning will be effective despite the burnt residues.
