Koshering Utensils Not Mehadrin

I am invited to a family event where there will be a barbecue at a religious family that keeps kosher but also eats with Rabbanut certification. If they use only good kosher certification, what should be done with the grill so I can eat?

In general, utensils that have been used not according to Mehadrin kosher standards require koshering before use.
A grilling rack requires intense heating, meaning the rack should become red-hot from the fire.
