Using an Untoveled Water Device

There is a mini-bar at the workplace that has not been immersed in a mikvah. Is it permissible to use it?
Answer
It should be immersed without a blessing, and it should not be used without immersion. However, in a pressing situation, one who is lenient is not protested against.
