If there is rust on a utensil, is the rust considered a barrier in the immersion of utensils?
Answer
If the rust has substance, it is considered a barrier. If not, it is not a barrier. If the rust has substance but the one immersing does not intend to remove it when using the utensil, it is not considered a barrier. Since he is not particular about it, it is not considered substantial.
