Single Use Without Immersion

Is it permissible to use a non-immersed vessel for the first time, as it is similar to a disposable vessel?
Answer
It is forbidden to use even once without immersion. [It is not similar to a disposable vessel, which is permitted because it lacks the significance of a vessel].
