I work at a company, and at work they bought a machine for making slush drinks.
The ingredients have Badatz certification; the problem is that the appliance itself was not immersed in a mikveh.
The question is: may one drink from it? Ninja

After it has been prepared, it is permitted to drink it; however, one should not initially prepare it in a utensil that has not been immersed properly according to halacha.
