Immersion of an Electrical Appliance
Question
An electric mini kitchen appliance with holes, does it need to be immersed until it fills with water and stops bubbling? If the motor fills with water, it might break, as happened with my hand blender that didn't dry out.

It is not necessary for the internal part to fill with water, it is sufficient for the water to reach the external part.
