Oven Used Once for Dairy

I received a new small oven in which pancakes were baked once in a disposable pan. I see a little fat on the rack, which probably spilled during baking, or the pancakes themselves came out of the pan and stood on the rack. Is it permissible to use the oven and rack for meat and pareve, and how? Thank you Ashkenazi

You need to clean the fat adhered to the rack, and then turn on the oven at the highest temperature for about an hour.
