Immersing Utensils Before Kashering

Is it permissible to immerse new utensils before kashering them?

Answer

Hello,

According to the law, a utensil that requires kashering should ideally be kashered before immersion.

Here, the kashering is only a stringency, and therefore it is not an impediment.
