Sifted Flour Left Open in the Cabinet
Question
Flour that was bought sifted, and it turned out that when it was in the cabinet, the bag was no longer vacuum-sealed. Does it need sifting?

According to the instructions of the Badatzim, if it was not open for 24 hours, there is no need to sift it.
